The New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) hosted its 30th Convocation Ceremony for the BBA Batch of 2021–24 at its Tughlakabad Campus on Saturday. The ceremony marked a significant academic milestone, with 30 university gold medallists and distinction holders being honoured for their excellence, and 300 students receiving their BBA degrees from GGSIP University.
NDIM celebrated 100 per cent placements of its students in various blue-chip companies like KPMG, Axis Bank, Paytm, and Deloitte, with an average package of 4.8 lakh per annum.
The convocation was graced by Ashish Sood, Minister of Education, Delhi, as the Chief Guest, along with Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma, Vice-Chancellor, GGSIPU, was the presiding guest.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chief Guest Ashish Sood said: “Convocation is not just the end of an academic chapter, but the beginning of a journey of responsibility, leadership, and contribution. He applauded NDIM for consistently maintaining high standards in management education and said that today’s graduating class reflects the institute’s commitment to creating confident, capable, and ethical leaders for the country. I congratulate all students and encourage them to carry forward the values they have learned here.”
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from senior academicians, industrialists, bureaucrats, and students accompanied by their parents. The campus came alive with celebration as students marked the successful completion of their academic journeys.
Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma, VC, GGSIPU, congratulated the graduating cohort and said: “NDIM has consistently demonstrated academic rigour, strong industry alignment, and a deep commitment to student excellence. As our students receive their degrees today, they are stepping into a world that values adaptability, innovation, and purpose-driven leadership. I am confident that the graduates of NDIM will uphold the highest standards of professionalism and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s growth. My heartfelt wishes to each one of them as they embark on their next chapter.”
Dr. Bindu Kumar, Chairperson, NDIM, extended her heartfelt congratulations to the graduating batch, saying: “This convocation is a proud moment not only for NDIM but for every mentor, parent, and student who has worked tirelessly to reach this day. We are very happy that our students have bagged the best placements, and some have gone to the best higher education institutes.
