Vadodara to host the organisation’s first proposed integrated school, combining regular education with NEET preparation and medical mentorship.

RJ Vision, led by Dr Rajiv Vijay, an educator, physician and author of Pearson’s Objective Biology for NEET, has announced plans to expand its educational presence across Gujarat, targeting 30,000 students over the next three years. The expansion will focus on coaching centres, integrated schools and digital learning, with an emphasis on maintaining teaching quality and personal mentoring as the organisation extends its reach.

A key part of the proposed expansion is the establishment of RJ Vision’s first integrated school in Vadodara. The institution will bring regular school education and competitive examination preparation into a combined academic framework, with particular attention to students aspiring to pursue careers in medicine. Doctors will also be involved in teaching and mentoring NEET aspirants, providing academic guidance as they prepare for the entrance examination.

The proposed school represents an important component of RJ Vision’s broader expansion strategy, which seeks to bring school education and competitive examination preparation together. Alongside the development of integrated schools, the organisation plans to strengthen its coaching network and digital learning initiatives across Gujarat.

Speaking about the expansion, Dr Rajiv Vijay, founder of RJ Vision, said, “Our goal is to reach 30,000 students while maintaining the teaching quality and personal mentoring that families expect from us. MSM Unify India’s support will help us expand across Gujarat and develop integrated schools, beginning with Vadodara.”

The expansion follows RJ Vision’s partnership with MSM Unify India, which has brought the organisation into its education network. Under the arrangement, MSM Unify India will provide technology, operational support, brand-building capabilities and access to its international network, while RJ Vision’s founding team will continue to lead the business.

The partnership is expected to support RJ Vision’s plans to extend its educational operations while maintaining its existing approach to teaching and mentoring. The organisation intends to implement its expansion in phases, with progress dependent on applicable regulatory approvals, institutional readiness, and local partnerships.

The proposed target of reaching 30,000 students over three years represents a business objective rather than the organisation’s current enrolment. Beginning with the planned integrated school in Vadodara, RJ Vision aims to expand its educational network across Gujarat through a combination of coaching centres, integrated schooling and digital learning.
